Ajith in another Remake

  Shivaji Productions are planning to remake the classical film Puthiya Paravai’ that featured the legendary actor ‘Nadigar Thilagam’ Sivaji Ganeshan. Ajith will act in Sivaji’s role, while Prabhu will play the role of the distinctive actor M.R. Radha. The selection of heroine, co-actors, music director and other crew members are being finalized. Ajith who had come in flying colours in Billa has a chance to prove his mettle once again by stepping into Nadigar Thilagam’s shoe.

With this at one corner, we have Billa rocking with all the might in Kerala with huge collections at box-office. The film’s collections till date have overtaken the earlier records set by Malayalam films featuring superstars Mammootty and Mohanlal. Recently, it is said that the collections of Billa 2007 have surpassed even Rajni’s Sivaji in Kerala.
